We want you to be happy with what you ordered. Here's how returns work.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Email us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll cover a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened grooming tools and worn collars or leashes can only be returned if they arrived defective.
